It's being reported that he was arrested in Encino, CA at 2 p.m. where police officers observed him participating in what appeared to be a drug deal with another man near the 101 Freeway. El was was arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Men Don't Gossip, but I can't see how anybody couldn't be talking about El especially since his brother James is currently serving time and after that Grammy-nominated comeback cd "Second Change" in 2010.
